Cocktail with pineapple and coconut

Piña Colada

6 cl Guerilla Blanco

4 cl Cream of Coconut

Fresh, ripe pineapple

Crushed Eis

Cut a slice of pineapple about 4 cm thick, peel it and cut it into chunks.

Add the ice (about one glassful), the pineapple pieces and all remaining ingredients to a blender.

Blend until the drink is smooth and creamy.

Pour into a pre-chilled glass and serve with a straw and a piece of pineapple.

Vegane Piña Colada: Creamy Without Cream

Cream in a Piña Colada? You can use it, but you don’t have to. This dairy-free version is not a compromise: in fact, it’s often the better choice. With just a few ingredients, you can mix a Piña Colada that is completely vegan and lactose-free.
Instead of heavy cream, the cream of coconut makes the cocktail lighter and more flavorful, allowing the pineapple and coconut to really shine. If you like, you can add a splash of fresh lime juice for extra freshness.

No fresh pineapple available? Skip canned pineapple and use frozen pineapple instead. Simply add a small splash of hot water to the blender to help everything blend smoothly.

Which Rum Is Best for a Piña Colada?

Guerilla Blanco Rum delivers exactly what a fresh Piña Colada needs: the tropical fruit notes of white rum pair perfectly with the pineapple-coconut combination.

For a Golden Colada, simply replace the white rum with Guerilla Gold. This version is slightly fuller-bodied, with warm caramel notes and a richer finish.
